Terms & Conditions

Effective November 3, 2026 · XpandHost, a brand of Epic Design & Print Inc. · New Jersey, USA

1. Who these terms cover

XpandHost is a brand of Epic Design & Print Inc., which operates the web hosting services described in these terms in New Jersey, United States. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Epic Design & Print Inc. “You” means the person or business ordering our services. You must have authority to place the order and to agree on behalf of any business you represent. Our mailing address is 13 Commercial Ave, Fairview, NJ 07022, United States. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Contact us at support@xpandhost.com.

2. Your hosting service

Your order identifies your plan, billing cycle, price, and included resources. XpandHost supplies shared hosting on third-party infrastructure. Resources are shared, and the service does not include root access or dedicated CPU or memory. Website design, ongoing application maintenance, domain registration, premium software, and migration work are included only when expressly stated in your order or a separate written agreement. Account activation is subject to successful payment, availability, and order verification.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. Protect your credentials and enable available two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity you authorize, your website content, and keeping your applications, plugins, and themes appropriately updated and licensed. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Never send passwords or full card details in a support ticket.

4. Billing and renewal

Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Recurring services renew on the billing cycle shown in your order until cancelled. Where you authorize automatic payment, your payment method may be charged for renewal. Taxes and optional extras, when applicable, are shown at checkout. We will give notice of a price change before the affected renewal. Unpaid services may be suspended after notice; contact us promptly if an invoice is incorrect. We do not add a late fee unless it was disclosed and agreed in advance.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Request cancellation through the client area or a verified support ticket before your next renewal. Specify whether you want cancellation at the end of the paid period or an earlier closure; we will confirm the effective date. Export your files, databases, and email before service ends. Cancelling hosting does not automatically cancel separately purchased domains or other services.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Send your invoice number, the service concerned, and the reason for your request to support@xpandhost.com. We consider the circumstances, service already supplied, and any third-party costs. There is no blanket money-back guarantee, and submitting a request does not itself approve a refund or cancel a service. We will communicate the decision and any approved amount in writing. Nothing in this policy removes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use and resources

Use hosting for lawful websites, email, and related activity within your plan limits. Do not use it for phishing, malware, spam, unauthorized access, infringement, attacks, or activities that disrupt other customers. Shared hosting is not an offsite backup vault, file-sync service, download repository, or VPN/proxy platform. Email is subject to sending limits and anti-abuse controls.

Storage includes site files, databases, and email. CPU, memory, disk I/O, file-count, and other platform limits also apply. The infrastructure provider’s Acceptable Usage Policy places additional restrictions on hosted content and resource use. Ask us about unusual workloads before ordering. We may require reduced usage or a suitable upgrade when a workload exceeds the service’s limits.

7. Availability and support

Hosting.com publishes a 99.9% uptime commitment for qualifying infrastructure outages, subject to its uptime policy. That provider commitment is not a separate XpandHost service-credit agreement or a claim about our historical uptime. Planned maintenance, third-party failures, application faults, and other exclusions may affect availability. Report an outage to XpandHost with the affected domain and time; we will investigate and explain any applicable remedy. No fixed response time or uninterrupted service is promised unless separately agreed in writing.

Hosting support is available by client-area ticket or email. Custom coding, design, application troubleshooting, and migration projects may require a separate quote, agreed before billable work begins.

8. Backups and data

Available platform backups provide an additional recovery option; they do not replace your independent backups. Keep current off-server copies and verify that they can be restored. Backup schedules, retention, and recoverability depend on the platform and available restore points. Export your data before cancellation, termination, or a major change. Do not assume data or backups will remain available after service ends; ask us about recovery before closing an account.

9. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend service for unpaid charges, material breaches, abuse, or a threat to security or platform stability. Where practical, we will notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security incidents or legal requirements may require immediate action. Continued or serious breaches may result in termination. Any refund and any outstanding charges remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

10. Your content and third-party services

You retain ownership of your content and grant us the permissions needed to store, process, and transmit it to provide hosting. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for that use. Domains, payment services, software licences, and other third-party products may have separate terms. You are responsible for your own website’s notices and lawful handling of visitor information.

11. Legal rights, disputes, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any non-waivable consumer right. Material changes will be communicated before they apply and will not retroactively alter a completed purchase. The published effective date identifies the applicable version.
